Being an Award Leader has helped me understand our youths. Youths of today need our endless support and guidance.
I was able to guide participants as young as 15 to 19 years of age at the school I was volunteering in to reach the Gold Award.
Participants were able to recognise their talents with each others help,make friends and build their confidence. Seeing the awardees prosper has given them a sense of belongingness in society.
