I am a helper at DofE 's international award since January 2020 . I was helping a group of 8 participants to achieve their bronze level . It was the first time to deal with teenagers , I was so nervous and afraid at the beginning , but by the time I have learned how to deal with them , motivate them and gain their trust . I have helped 5 participants to become a bronze holders . I have learned too much through my journey in the award , I have made many friends and most of them were teenagers . I am so proud that one day I have decided to start this journey and I am more proud now because I decided to continue with another group of 8 participants and again they are all teenagers and I hope this time that I can help them all to achieve bronze level
