I was fortunate enough to attend the International Award conference in Capetown South Africa as a guest speaker. My presentation was focusing on how young people could get better involved in running the Award. Afterwards in the plenary session HRH attended and asked some particularly direct questions challenging young people's abilities to stand up for themselves and would they make tough decisions. I answered the questions as best as I could. When the session ended Prince Phillip came up to me thanking me for my contribution. He then apologised for pushing me so hard, but he wanted to confirm that I believed in what I was saying. It was an excellent day and a fantastic experience
