I joined the Award scheme through La Girls brigade , Ghana. I leaned many skills such as leadership skills which is still helping me in my current work place. In 1993, I was one of 15 participants selected to represent Ghana in an exchange programme in staffordshire. And the friends I made have become family. In 1999, I got the chance to meet Prince Philip when he came to Ghana and a cocktail was held at the La beach hotel.
