As a Participant almost 25 years ago, I still recall the satisfaction I gained from setting activity goals and and working towards them. I have particularly fond memories of planning and undertaking the journeys, which were truly formative experiences that continue to fuel my passion for the outdoors to this day.

Now, as an International Award Coordinator, I feel privileged to be able to provide the same opportunity for learning and personal growth beyond the confines of the school classroom and curriculum. I have been honoured to see numerous Participants achieve both Bronze and Silver Awards, and the positive impact the program continues to have on young people.
